Dianne Field is a lifelong Texan, residing in Austin since 1981. As a Finance major from the University of Texas at Austin, coupled with a successful 15 year career in commercial banking in Austin, Dianne brings a wealth of financial expertise as a residential real estate associate. While in banking, she earned numerous awards for exceptional customer service, always striving to maintain a high level of client focus, trust and diplomacy throughout even the most challenging negotiations and transactions.

Dianne is extremely organized, detail-oriented and thorough, advocating for you and keeping your needs first. She understands the importance of maintaining relationships based on trust and confidence. Because of her 41 year residency in Austin, Dianne is genuinely familiar with both established neighborhoods as well as the many newer neighborhoods in the greater Austin area. She attends more Continuing Education classes than required to stay on top of the ever-changing local market.

When Dianne isn't helping clients with their real estate needs, she volunteers to give back to the local community with her time, talent and treasure through numerous philanthropies, a reflection of her commitment to this city and its viability for future generations. In the past few years, she has stayed active volunteering for various philanthropies through National Charity League, including Meals on Wheels, Austin Groups for the Elderly, Capital Area Food Bank and the Austin Humane Society. Dianne has also served on numerous boards of charities over the years, and has given countless hours and raised much-needed funds for non-profit organizations in the Austin area. In May 2017 and 2018, Dianne received the prestigious, national President's Volunteer Service Award. In 2019, she received a Kindness Award from Texas Realtors for her community service. She is currently active in the Women's Symphony League of Austin and serves in the Ambassador's Circle with Catholic Charities of Central Texas.
